Role Summary
As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing key accounts. You’ll work closely with our leadership and product teams to define sales goals, strategies, and processes that will fuel our company’s expansion.


Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the sales strategy to meet company goals and drive growth.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales activities, and track performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Lead, Sales Manager, or similar role, ideally in SaaS or tech sales.
- Strong understanding of AI, IP, and SaaS markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Good command of English and German.
