We are a fast-growing SaaS startup based in Munich, Germany, specializing in AI-driven solutions for the IP industry. To support our operations, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to join our team.
Your Role:
As an Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You will support our leadership team in administrative, organizational, and communication tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative and organizational tasks to support daily operations
- Assisting in bookkeeping and invoice management (experience with DATEV is a plus)
- Managing correspondence and scheduling meetings
- Supporting HR processes, including onboarding new team members
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinating with external service providers, freelancers, and partners
- Helping with general office management tasks
What You Bring:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in administrative roles (preferably in a startup or SaaS environment)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g., OneDrive, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with bookkeeping or willingness to learn
