We're seeking a fluent German- and English-speaking Account Manager to support our rapidly growing client base. If you're communicative and passionate about technology, we’d love to have you on board! In this role, you'll connect with some of the brightest minds in the intellectual property area across Europe.

Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with technical inquiries, gathering feature requests, and collaborating with our management and development teams to enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Deliver product demos and training sessions for new clients.
• Develop and present sales proposals, managing the sales pipeline effectively.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, in Tech Sales, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI, IP, and SaaS markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
